When will a specific item be restocked?

Sold out items will display a “sold out” message above the product picture, and are usually restocked within 1-2 weeks. If an item is no longer viewable on our site, the item is permanently sold out and will not be restocked.

I placed an order, when will it ship?    

Orders placed Monday through Friday will usually ship the same day! Orders placed Saturday, Sunday, or after 2 pm EST on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. Orders placed on holidays will ship on the following business day. All orders ship via USPS 3-5 day standard shipping.

I placed an order, but did not receive a confirmation.

You should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order. If after a few minutes, you still have not received the confirmation, please check your junk or spam folder, sometimes the confirmation inadvertently gets delivered there instead of your inbox. If you still cannot locate the confirmation email, please email us at contactus@yourgadgetcovered.com 

I received the wrong item. What can I do?

If you mistakenly received the wrong item, please email us at contactus@yourgadgetcovered.com within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.

Can I edit or cancel my order?    

Orders ship fast, so if for any reason you need to edit or cancel an order, please email us at contactus@yourgadgetcovered.com before your item ships. We will not be able to edit or cancel an order once it has been shipped.

Do you offer international shipping?    

Currently, we only offer shipping to the United States.
